LVQB SF6 Insulated Current Transformer

Summary

The enclosure, locating at the top, could be divided into “T” shape and “bell-cover” shape. T shaped enclosure is made of anticorrosive aluminum; Bell-cover enclosure is made of casting aluminum. The enclosure is checked by intensity and gas sealing and X ray.

The main body (primary winding and secondary winding) is fixed in the enclosure. SF6 is adopted as the insulating medium between the primary winding and secondary winding in which has the shield tube supported by epoxy resin for the secondary winding. The outgoing line for the secondary winding is lead to the connection box in pedestal through down-lead tube.

Feature

1.The insulating tube, dividing into porcelain tube that is sintered by high-strength porcelain and silicon-rubber tube, and silicon-rubber porcelain which has better performances in resisting pollution,water invasion and electric corrosion comparing with that high-strength porcelain.

2.The pedestal is designed with connection box,SF6 gas density controller and gas filling valve. The Sf6 gas density controller provideds the functions as temperature compensation,alarm and remote monitor to the gas pressure.
